Haven't really run since grade-school (20+ years ago!) until recently. I'm just trying to get in shape, find something to do with my kids, and set some reachable goals.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mostly working on some upcoming 5Ks for now, hoping to improve my time and endurance. Would like to aim for a 15K later this summer (although I think I may be nuts to try for that already), and maybe a half-marathon *someday*.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Just to stay in shape and have some fun...
Personal:
Married with 4 children: 2 teenagers and a tween-age still at home.
